The cornerstone of the Finnish jazz Manuel Dunkel brings his quartet to the wonderful Raatihuone hall in Linnajazz's new top concert early Saturday evening.

The saxophonist who received the Yrjö award in 2011 has absorbed jazz traditions exceptionally well through numerous different projects and orchestras. However, Dunkel is perhaps at his strongest in quartet form in modern jazz, bowing in the direction of the legend John Coltrane.
