Baltic Jazz kicks off the Archipelago Sea Jazz festival series on 8-10 July but jumps the gun already on the 7th of July with the traditional false start concert in Kasnäs, where you can enjoy swinging archipelago jazz together with the Archipelago Sea Jazz All Stars.
Archipelago Sea Jazz is a series of four festivals, inviting you to enjoy the intimate atmosphere of the Archipelago Sea blended with top class music. All four festivals are represented in the All Stars-ensemble: Antti Sarpila/Baltic Jazz, Bosse Mellberg/Korpo Sea Jazz, Jussi Fredriksson/Turku Sea Jazz and Andreas Nyberg/Åland Sea Jazz. At this concert, bassist Vesa Saloranta will join the All Stars.
