Nuance approaches improvisation - one of the fundamental elements in jazz - through different angles. Sarikoski tries to fit jazz into various environments and uses such tools as rock music's rhythm, harmony and soundscapes. Sometimes the music is stripped of all but the core of it, and at times the band seems to grow ten times its size and pick up lightspeed on the way!
