The joint concert of two top Finnish progressive rock and jazz groups also serves as an album release party, offering a chance to enjoy brand new music. Mortality, a collective nominated for the 2020 Jazz Emma award, brings together the leading names in Finnish jazz under the umbrella of a concept album. Meanwhile, 5th Season proudly continues the legacy of Finnish prog pioneers Wigwam and Tasavallan Presidentti.

Mortality celebrates the release of their highly anticipated new album, Mortality vol.II, at the Sellosali concert. 5th Season will perform material from their debut album, released in spring 2023, which features the stunning vocals of Durga McBroom, known for performing with Pink Floyd during the '80s and '90s.
