Jazz Finland Live

Jean-Erik explores the modern world of Nordic jazz, hunting for the secret of groove and swing. Along the way, he encounters both solid bass riffs and dreamy harmonies that propel him along a complex, rhythmic path. After all that, he discovers the true purpose of his journey and leaves enriched by more than he was expecting.

The popular Panurama concert series sees vibeist Panu Savolainen invite the cream of Finnish music life to join him for exciting one-off projects at the Lavaklubi, Finnish National Theatre. 

The November edition features group Vuokko Hovatta Kolmisin, fronted by the dazzling singer-actor Vuokko Hovatta. She, alto violinist Atte Kilpeläinen and the host Savolainen tackle the verse of Finnish poet Riina Katajavuori.
