Jazz Finland Live

Il Mondo di Karri is a touring jazz concert series hosted and produced by Finnish pianist Karri Luhtala. Luhtala invites his international friends, most often from his home from home, Italy, to play with him. Bringing as many as twenty different acts and fifty musicians to Finland during the past few years has earned him -- deservedly -- the title of "ambassador of jazz".

Rome-based saxophonist Carlo Conti is an expert of modal jazz improvisation in the style of George Garzone; while bassist Nunzi and drummer Baron are some of the most sought-after jazzers Rome has. The group plays both originals and jazz classics.
