Eero Savela: trumpet
Trumpeter Eero Savela and percussionist Simo Laihonen played together for the first time in Black Motors in 2009. Since then, their paths have crossed in various project formations both on stage and in the studio. This jaZZanti concert is their first meeting as a duo. Savela and Laihonen have versatile backgrounds as musicians and as improvisers they share a common language. Interest in the world music cultures and the sound phenomenon in general can be heard in their playing. A fascinating audio journey awaits!
