Anna Dantchev, also known as the Bulgarian Voice from Finland, celebrates her upcoming second album The Lions We Are live at G Livelab Helsinki with her international quintet.
Musically, DANTCHEV:DOMAIN combines strong cinematic melodies and tight Bulgarian rhythms with life-long stories. The Helsinki-based international quintet moves along with Dantchev's compositions in the midst of Bulgarian traditional music aesthetics as well as elements from jazz and blues. Their debut album Say It (Glomama Music, 2020) was voted Folk Music Record of the Year.
