Saxophonist Timo Lassy came into attention through two different but defining jazz groups of the 2000s: U-Street All Stars and The Five Corners Quintet. For his solo career, Lassy assembled the renowned Timo Lassy Band who are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. After 10 years and 4 internationally recognised albums, Timo Lassy Band go as strong as ever, drawing full houses wherever they perform.
In addition to their signature classiness and dizzying swing, Timo Lassy Band are known for being an exceptionally tight-knit unit - a team who inspires as much as it excecutes their leader's musical ideas.
