New York-based Finnish composer-double bassist Kaisa Mäensivu presents her quartet Kaisa's Machine at this Sunday's Tenho Sunday Jazz concert series. The group plays original compositions that draw from today's New Yorkian jazz scene, the Afro American jazz tradition and Nordic lyricalness. Improvisation and the member's strong original voices play a big role in their expression.
