Ida Nielsen is best known for her work as a bassist and vocalist for Prince in his latest group, 3EyeGirl. After Prince's untimely death, Nielsen embarked on a successful solo career. She has recently released her third album and will be playing material from this new effort with the Finnish Strandberg Funk Unit, led by colleague bassist Jan-Olof Strandberg.
