Ingibjörg Turchi band
The bassist and composer Ingibjörg Turchi has been a mainstay in the Icelandic music scene for the last ten years. Ingibjörg has played with many of the nation's most beloved artists in all genres, both in concerts and on recordings. Since 2017, Ingibjörg has performed regularly under her own name with her band. Her awarded album Meliae (2020) combines jazz, minimalism and avantgarde into a melodic tapestry.

Trio Idiom
The first Jazz Jkl Live concert of the autumn season will feature the new ensemble Trio Idiom, consisting of top guitarist Tuomo Dahlblom from Jyväskylä, 2019 Yrjö Prize winner pianist Riitta Paakki and Ville Herrala, one of the most employed jazz bassists in Finland.
