Jazz guitarist Kalle Kalima creates music for electric guitar and electronics using a surround sound system in his solo project Pentasonic. Kalima’s music is influenced by minimalism, rock and jazz improvisation. Kalle Kalima has released one album under the Pentasonic project, Iris in Trance (2009).

An Icelandic-Norwegian trio that lends a touch of emotional, experimental, ambient-tinted jazz to the final evening of norDIG. The trio received a Nordic Music Prize honourable mention for their disc Saumur (2016), which has also won several music prizes in Iceland.

A strong double bill of two acts with their own unique voices
Oddarrang, led by Olavi Louhivuori, struck gold with their latest album "Agartha". The band's remarkable ability to melt together echoes of jazz, electronic music and post rock is in full bloom, and now Oddarrang will present their new music.
Spill, the duo of The Necks' drummer Tony Buck and the Berlin-based pianist Magda Mayas opens up the evening. Their music is rooted in strong interaction and improvisation.
