The Conscript Band Finland is Finland's only military orchestra composed entirely of conscripts. The line-up comprises drums, keys, percussion, accordion, two guitars, bass and two vocalists, with sometimes a few horns joining its ranks.

The Great Helsinki Swing Big Band feat. Reija Lang
As the name hints, the Great Helsinki Swing Big Band specialises in classic big band jazz of the 1930s and 40s. At Lahti Rantajazz, they will feature the versatile Finnish vocalist, Reija Lang, who has been tutored by the Grammy-winning Mark Murphy.
