Pentti Lahti's guest on URF's concert stage is Jukka Gustavson, who is a pioneer of Finnish prog and known as an organist, singer and especially for his productions during the Wigwam period. The evening's line-up also includes bass player Jan-Olof Strandberg and drummer Thomas Törnroos.

The Wednesday concert at Kokkola Sea Jazz offers an expansive soundscape created by saxophone, guitar, and double bass, inviting listeners to relax and enjoy music that reaches deep into the soul.

The concert's soloist is the stunning saxophonist Jukka Perko, who has captured the hearts of Finns with his performances. He will be joined by local musicians, bassist Eevalotta Matikainen and guitarist Martin Söderbacka.

Force of Nature Quintet is an energetic jazz band, whose name reflects a musical expression as powerful as the forces of nature. Led by the Finnish Jazz Federation's Taimi Award -winning clarinetist Joonatan Henriksson, who is joined by vibraphonist Olli Virtanen, piano virtuoso Pyry Brandt, bassist Otso Huhtala and drummer Severi Sorjonen. The five young musicians ambitiously explore the typical forms of music, performing their own compositions and arrangements of jazz classics.

The Flame Jazz Summer Live concert series consists of current names in the Finnish jazz scene and talented ensembles. The concerts are free of charge and are held every Wednesday from 8 May to 14 August 2024 in a cosy park atmosphere in Turku's Cathedral Park Terrace.
