Jazz Finland Live

Markus Niittynen Trio is a jazz group comprised of some of the best musicians on the Finnish scene. Niittynen’s fourth EP Flashbacks is freshly released and is now performed by this trio of talent and groove. The group will offer an energetic and rhythmically tight performance, which is inspired by the classic jazz sounds of the 50s and 60s.

Markus Niittynen is a jazz pianist and a composer, that has played in over 20 countries and is part of many finnish jazz combos. He is accompanied by Yrjö-awarded drummer Jussi Lehtonen and bassist Nathan Francis.
