Jazz Finland Live

Alder Ego is a newish quartet led by drummer-composer Joonas Leppänen. Pianoless sonorities, and the lucid interplay of trumpet and sax, backed by the subtle harmonics of the bass, create a unique sound that is Alder Ego. The group releases their debut album on Norwegian label Amp Music & Records on 26 May, and the event will be celebrated at Tenho on Sunday 28 May.
