Janne Maarala Trio feat. Juki Välipakka
Janne Maarala Trio joined forces with vocalist Juki Välipakka in 2009. Today their repertoire constitutes, for example, of a wide variety of jazz standards popularised by the likes of Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra. Despite leaning upon tradition, the group’s renditions lack neither inventiveness nor originality.

Koko Jazz Orchestra
Founded in 2012 and based at Helsinki’s Koko Jazz Club, Koko Jazz Orchestra brought out their anticipated debut album “Presenting the Music of Jussi Lehtonen and Jussi Fredriksson” in November 2014. With four horns and percussion, the orchestra recalls and sounds, if needed, like a miniature big band.
