Gunu’s Thang
Gunu’s Thang, founded in early 2014, play the leader Mikko Karjalainen’s new compositions. The quartet incorporates influences from a host of genres, including mainstream jazz, gospel, soul and African and Brazilian folk music. Their debut album is due to come out this year.

Mighty Mighty
Drawing from the sound of the 1960s and 1970s, Mighty Mighty perform catchy but artistically ambitious compositions and arrangements by Kari Setälä. The group recorded their debut already in 2012 and it came out last year on Milanese label, Schema Records. In addition to most European countries the album was released in the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom and Australia, among others.
