Birger’s Ragtime Band & Charlotta Kerbs plays at Restaurant Kaksi kanaa!
Founded in 2011, Birger's Ragtime Band is a union of five experienced musicians with a passion for the traditional New Orleans sound in all its versatility. Their repertory includes ragtime, gospels, march music and blues. The line-up has varied over the years, and today it also features a vocalist - the dazzling Charlotta Kerbs.

The concert repertoire of the unique 18-strong ensemble comprises music from the orchestra's debut album Syntymä (Birth), released in 2016, dubbed the most interesting big band record in recent years, and new compositions being performed in public for the first time. The orchestra of young freelance musicians is known for its surprising and intense concert programmes.
