This marvellous piano trio uses only the most refined ingredients from Europe, throws in something from the Afro-American tradition and seasons their cocktail with a pinch of Asian flavours. Chef Ikonen and his trio create a full and balanced course where Ikonen's originals and fresh interpretations of traditional Armenian pieces complement each other in a natural and harmonius way.
