Salesvuo Syncopation, led by drummer Tomi Salesvuo, presents his fresh compositions and arrangements of Finnish classics, relying on the traditional expressive power and strong groove of jazz music.

Tomi Salesvuo has had a diverse career in jazz and other rhythmic music genres, playing in bands such as XL, How Many Sisters, Bitter Sweet, and Tomi Salesvuo East Funk Attack. In his new lineup, the drummer-composer collaborates with his longtime musical companions and some of Finland's top jazz musicians, saxophonist Petri Puolitaival and organist Mikko Helevä. The band's debut album Complete Loft Sessions was released digitally in May 2023, and the LP release will be celebrated this year with concerts across Finland.
