Established in 1997 by Esa Onttonen and Mikko Innanen, Gourmet celebrates its 25th anniversary by performing music from all of its five albums. Gourmet is one of Finland's longest-standing jazz bands whose vibrant music boldly mixes genres including "Rautalanka" guitar, schlager, Paris café atmosphere, New Orleans blues, waltz, march and furious beats. In addition to Innanen and Onttonen, the other original members Veli Kujala, Ilmari Pohjola and Mika Kallio are performing. Soprano Mari Palo appeared on the band's latest album New Habitat and is also seen as a guest star at the concert.
