Martti Vesala Soundpost Quintet's third album Landmarks was released on November 4, 2022 on the German Ozella Music label, and the album release tour will take place in the spring of 2023. Martti Vesala Soundpost Quintet consists of players from the vanguard of Finnish jazz, trumpeter/composer Martti Vesala, saxophonist Petri "Pope" Puolitaival, pianist Joonas Haavisto, drummer Ville Pynssi and double bass player Juho Kivivuori.
The Koko Jazz Club concert will also feature a screening of the music video for the album's opening track Wild Eyes, directed by photo artist Verna Kovanen.
