Finnish saxophonist Adele Sauros and French guitarist Wilfried Wilde explore the immersive territory of saxophone-guitar duo. They blend their own musical personalities into fresh and dynamic compositions, using them as a support for improvisational dialogues that navigate through a large palette of emotions. The listener is immediately captivated by the organic connection bonding the two musicians, who sometimes seem to be one, as they transcend effortlessly all boundaries to transmit their message in the most honest and beautiful way.

The duo was formed when the musicians met in Focusyear Band in 2023 in Basel, Switzerland.

Wilfried Wilde is a guitarist and composer originally from Saint-Sever, France, currently living in Basel, Switzerland. Past years he has been mainly performing in Spain where he has multiple projects that have released albums such as: Wilfried Wilde Quintet: "Oscilenscope" (2015), two as co-leader with the bassless trio WIZ - "WIZ" (2021) and "Mosaico" (2023), LOIROS - "Loiros" (2019) and "Back From The Edge" (2023).

Finnish saxophonist Adele Sauros is one of the most active saxophonists, composers, and bandleaders within the European jazz scene. She frequently performs with her numerous high-level jazz-groups and projects from all around Europe such as Adele Sauros Quartet, Katu Kaiku, JAF Trio and Jonathan Bäckström Quartet. She has been awarded numerous prizes and recently in 2021 she received the Finnish Emma prize of the best jazz album of the year with drummer Olavi Louhivuori's band Superposition.
