The New York based saxophonist Jonah Parzen-Johnson made his Finland debut at last year’s We Jazz, and the proof of the success of that show is the live tape “Helsinki 8.12.18”. Now the elctronics-savvy solo sax man returns to present music from his upcoming LP, out on We Jazz Records in January 2020.

We Jazz is happy to present a collaboration with the Tallinn record label RR Gems in bringing over the Austrian-born saxophonist Muriel Grossmann. The recent RR Gems vinyl edition of her album “The Golden Rule” quickly rose on the ranks of music lovers to be a modern classic, and it’s expected that the spiritual vibe of the successful record will carry over to the live show of the quintet. Koma Saxo continues their two-stop We Jazz tour onwards to Helsinki’s G Livelab.
