The summer concert series organized by the Finnish Jazz Federation took the Esplanadi stage for the 24th time. Despite abundant rains, a total of over 3.600 listeners gathered to concerts during the event week.
On the first weekend of August, August 3-6, 2023, several of Finland's most interesting music artists will perform at the new SaltFest event in Loviisa. The urban maritime city festival Turku Sea Jazz invites audiences to enjoy top music in the last week of July. The beloved Swedish singer Lisa Ekdahl, Danish bassist Ida Nielsen known as the master of funk and many domestic stars will perform on the main stage of Merikeskus Forum Marinum. Turku Sea Jazz will take place at Kirkkopuisto Terrace, Seili island and Forum Marinum on July 26-29, 2023.
