G Livelab Tampere announces new concerts for the autumn season. The programme features among else the popular Pink Floyd tribute Pulse, progressive rock legend Tabula Rasa, ANI, jazz star Iiro Rantala’s new trio and vocalist favorites Maria Ylipää and Irina.
Tapio Liinoja and Olli Ahvenlahti's join tour, Tapsa ja Olli 145 vuotta, will travel over Finland in Autumn 2025. The tour gets a headstart in August at the Tampere Theatre Festival.
The annual Jazz-Espa festival will take place in Helsinki’s Esplanade Park from July 28 to August 2, 2025. The free concerts will feature fifteen of Finland’s most exciting contemporary jazz ensembles, including Maja Mannila Trio, Iro Haarla Ouranos Ensemble, Aurora Hentunen Quintet, Roope Kantonen 3 and Kalima–Lötjönen–Ounaskari. The opening day’s panel discussion takes a look ahead to next year’s Jazz in Finland 100 anniversary celebrations. Jazz-Espa’s Children’s Saturday will entertain the whole family with performances by Jazzkamelit and Django Collective Helsinki.
The application to Finnish Jazz Federation tours for spring 2026 opens at 11.00 AM on May 22, 2025 and closes at 4.00 PM on June 11, 2025. Application instructions can be found in this article as well as on the electronic application form.

Jazz guitarist and composer Mathias Sandberg is one of the hardest working musicians in the country. He plays a hundred concerts a year and has toured both Europe and the United States. This summer Sandberg embarks on a 40 date tour in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania with his trio and the new Freedom Music project.
The Jazzpatio will be held at Jumpru pub's terrace on Tuesdays 17 June–5 August as well as on the Night of the Arts Thursday 14 August from 21:00 onwards. Entrace is free, age limit 20 years.
