We Jazz Festival in Helsinki, November 23–30 – first performers announced

The eleventh We Jazz Festival will be held in Helsinki from November 23 to 30. The first performers have now been announced, including saxophone legend David Murray, Sven Wunder, making one of his first live appearances, and the renowned Australian trio The Necks. Tickets for the event are now on sale at Tiketti.



Top-notch jazz in archipelago scenery – Archipelago Sea Jazz kicks off in July

A series of four high-quality summer festivals takes its audience on a diverse journey through the world of jazz, from classic tunes to experimental realms. Archipelago Sea Jazz spreads across the shores of the Archipelago Sea from Kemiönsaari to Korpoo and from Turku to Mariehamn in July and August. The entire festival program is ready, and ticket sales are underway.


Pori Jazz Kids Program Announced

This summer marks the 18th edition of Pori Jazz Kids! The family-friendly festival once again invites people of all ages to join in the musical joy and the delight of doing things together. All concerts, workshops, and other activities at Pori Jazz Kids are free of charge and accessible to everyone.


David Chevallier's Summer Concerts June 15-18, 2024

The versatile French guitarist David Chevallier's expressive range stretches from jazz to folk, passing through baroque. On his solo tour in mid-June, this guitar virtuoso will perform on June 15 in Helsinki, June 16 in Loviisa, June 17 in Pori, and June 18 in Rajamäki. At the Loviisa gig, Chevallier will also perform as a duo with trumpeter Tomi Nikku. Before his performances in Finland, the guitarist will play in Tallinn on June 13 in a concert featuring the Estonian singer Anett Tamm.




Turku Sea Jazz full programme announced

The Turku Sea Jazz, now in its fourth year, will kick off at the Kirkkopuiston Terassi on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, with Thursday being spent on Seili Island. The weekend concerts will take place on August 2–3, 2024, in the Forum Marinum maritime center area along the Aura River. This year, the top names in Finnish jazz will be heard even more extensively in various venues within the maritime museum from morning till night. During the festival week, there will also be a Jazz Camp for Girls, launched by the Danish Jazz Federation.
