Oulu Music Festival's Jazz & Etno series for the spring of 2024 will feature a total of four concerts. The series has been designed by the Artistic Director of Oulu Music Festival, composer, Moogist, and pianist Kari Ikonen.
Oulu Music Festival will be celebrated for the 34th time from March 12 to March 27, 2024. The festival, offering a range of musical experiences, will feature chamber concerts, jazz clubs, and large orchestral concerts. The full program for the festival will be announced in December 2023.
The 38th April Jazz festival will take place in Espoo and Helsinki from April 19 to April 27, 2024. The international headliners for the event include 8-time Grammy winner, bassist Christian McBride, Grammy-winning R&B singer Ledisi, who will perform with the Vantaa Entertainment Orchestra, and soulful soul artist Shayna Steele. Ticket sales will begin on Friday, December 8, through Lippupiste.
