One of Finland's most acclaimed jazz guitarists Teemu Viinikainen is known for his exceptionally expressive and sensitive playing. His solo concerts are built around a strong sense of presence, subtle dynamics, and a beautiful guitar sound in which every note is given room to breathe. The concert features Viinikainen's own compositions and distinctive arrangements of jazz classics. The limitless possibilities of the solo guitar, improvisation, and music created in the moment make each performance a unique experience.

_{In 2026, it will be 100 years since jazz symbolically arrived in Finland with the ship Andania. The year thus marks a historic centenary celebration for Finnish jazz: Jazz in Finland 100. The anniversary highlights Finnish jazz and its artists both in Finland and abroad, celebrating jazz as part of Finland’s cultural heritage. The Jazz in Finland 100 campaign is coordinated by the Finnish Jazz Federation.}
