The Great Helsinki Swing Big Band takes over Kulttuuritalo with their soloist and presents the classic tunes of Glenn Miller. Glenn Miller Ballroom concert is held on Friday 15 of March with soloists Juki Välipakka and vocal band Andrew’s Girls. The concert is conducted by Antti Rissanen.
Jazz kiinnostaa radio programme returns to Radio Helsinki with new season on 17 February with Matti Nives, Teppo Mäkynen and Ville Herrala, who focus on jazz music on Sundays from 2 to 4pm.
