Turku Jazz Festival program released – Artist of the Year is Mikko Gunu Karjalainen

Turku Jazz Festival, which started in 1969, once again brings light and joy to the spring and winter with a wonderful artist line-up. The series of living jazz legends will be continued by the master of both contrabass and electric bass, Dave Holland, and trumpeter Mikko Gunu Karjalainen, Turku Jazz's artist of the year, will join forces with a trio led by New York phonist Seamus Blake and Swedish pianist Mathias Landæus.

Oulu Music Festival will be organized for the 33rd time on 12th to 26th March 2023. The festival's program includes a wide range of classical and rhythm music concerts and well as wonderful visits and co-productions. The program includes a total of 23 concerts and performances during the more than two-week festival. The festival's program has been designed by the artistic directors of the festival, soprano Mari Palo and saxophonist Jukka Perko.

The headliners for 2023 April Jazz announced - Billy Cobham, Lizz Wright and Mnozil Brass are coming to Espoo

The 37th April Jazz festival will take place in Espoo from 21 to 29 April 2023. The festival's main concerts will feature fusion drummer Billy Cobham, singer Lizz Wright with her band,one of the world's leading brass bands Mnozil Brass from Austria, rising fado star Sara Correia, and Tapiola Sinfonietta, who will perform two new concertos. Ticket sales open at Lippupiste on Wednesday 7 December.
