Music Finland


Music Finland is an organization whose purpose is to promote the vitality and export of Finnish music. The organization implements joint export and collaboration projects and channels state subsidies and other grants to Finnish organizations, in addition to which it provides customer- and company-specific advice. Music Finland disseminates and produces research information and organizes various courses and workshops. In addition, the organization is involved in creating new opportunities for the industry through funding, development projects and social influence.

The organization was founded in 2012 and its member organizations include Finnish Music Creators FMC, The Finnish Music Publishers Association, Finnish Musicians Union, Gramex - Copyright Society of Performing Artists and Phonogram Producers in Finland, IFPI Finland, IndieCo – Finnish Independent Record Producers’ Association, Society of Finnish Composers and Teosto – Finnish Composers’ Copyright Society.
