Classic piano trio jazz is now presented by a trio led by a master pianist Vladimir Shafranov with a uniquely wide experience. He lived in New York for over ten years and performed there with numerous jazz masters. He was one of the regular names who appeared at the hot spot of jazz pianism, Bradley’s jazzclub.

Shafranov's latest trio recording The Way You Look Tonight was published in autumn 2020. It was recorded at the famed Rudy Van Gelder studios and featured the skilled Peter Washington on bass and Kenny Washington on drums. Prior to this one he has released 11 trio recordings. Vladimir Shafranov has also been nominated for the Nordic Council Music Prize in 2013.
