Organ Free is a project of up-and-coming jazz and freer expression by keyboardist Kalle Salonen, drummer Hannu Pikkarainen and trumpeter Antero Priha.

Organ Free emphasizes improvisation and builds moods and spaces. The band's music can be described as interdisciplinary. In addition to the Hammond organ, Salonen has taken his virtuosity to various synthesizer worlds. The band's role models include Peter Brötzman, Paal Nielsen Love, Ken Vandermark, Mats Gustavsson and Evan Parker. Organ Free has entered the world of space, psychedelia, effervescence and joy.
