Njet Njet 9 is a Helsinki-based band known for energetic live performances. Their music include rich arrangements that look back and forward at the same time; indeed, to quote the leader-composer Ville Kyttälä’s own words: ”Njet Njet sounds like Zappa and Zawinul playing tennis with Massive Attack at a Swedish summer cottage. Despite the first impression of easiness, each replay reveals new dimensions of this ensemble.

Njet Njet is found in 2015 and have so far released three albums. Their newest album Toivo will be released in March 2024.
