Kinetik belong to the rising generation of Finnish jazzers to whom breaking the rules is the rule rather than the exception. This newly-founded guitar trio draws from rock, jazz and electronic music but their style cannot be reduced to any of these genres. With the members’ musical backgrounds ranging from rap, soul, funk, rock, blues and folk music there is surely no fear of coming to a creative halt.
