Jonatan Sarikoski Search Party is an international Vienna-based band, comprised of a unique blend of Finnish and Central European personnel. The music of this youthful and dynamic group builds upon the compositional visions of its band leader. Finnish drummer Jonatan Sarikoski (b. 1990) has resided in Austria for the past few years, and with this ensemble’s debut album he says he has reached a personal milestone.

“For me personally this is a culmination of a long journey that dates all the way back to my childhood years when I first scribbled down sketches of little compositions of mine, already early on aspiring to have my own band one day”, Sarikoski states about The Time Is Ripe album, which came out in February 2020 on the Swiss Unit Records label.
