Aallot ('waves') is the latest band led by accordionist Harri Kuusijärvi, featuring bassist Jori Huhtala and drummer Mika Kallio.

Kuusijärvi's vision has been to combine his recently developed electro-acoustic accordion with an acoustic jazz rhythm section. The result is minimalist, down-to-earth, Nordic, electrified, and groovy music that is difficult to compare to anything else.

Formed in 2023, the band recorded their debut performance for the Yle Jazzklubi program in October 2023.
