About Coltrane Quartet is a tribute to one of the most important influencers on the history of jazz, John Coltrane.

The brand new Finnish-Italian About Coltrane Quartet, formed in 2020, looks into the repertoire of the American saxophonist from his Atlantic Records' to Impulse Records' periods, the greatest compositions and active years of John Coltrane. The quartet has already performed in Finland and Estonia, most notably the gig in Tenho Restobar in Helsinki in February 2020. The concert gathered a record audience participation at the venue, proving that both the music of John Coltrane and the musicians of About Coltrane Quartet interest a great number of people.
