Tom Nekljudow (b. 1960) has become known in the 21st century as the drummer of saxophonist Juhani Aaltonen's trio. Free jazz has indeed been the comfort zone for Nekljudow since his teens but in the years he has had time to get familiar with different music styles as well, like Afrocuban and Indian music.
