biography

Bassist Timo Tuppurainen (b. 1973) became known on the jazz field as the bass player of the successful group U-Street All Stars but he has had time for much more as well. Besides composing and teaching, Tuppurainen has worked as an active studiomusician and recorded jazz with i.a. violinist Ari Poutiainen's band NoneAlike, accordeonist Veli Kujala's Pipoka-band and guitarist Valtteri Pöyhönen's Dalindèo.
