The program for the Pori Jazz soi taas event in Pori's Kirjurinluoto has revealed performers for Thursday 15 July. Saxofophonist Timo Lassy and his trio will be accompanied by Maarit Hurmerinta and Tuomo Prättälä on the legendary Lokkilava in Kirjurinluoto.
The ten finalists of the Helsinki International Big Band Composing Contest have been selected. A record number of composers took part in the contest: 76 composers from 22 countries and 4 continents.
