biography
Klima Kalima (Kalle Kalima, guitar – Oliver Potratz, bass – Oliver Steidle, drums) is an energetic jazz trio with an expressive and original sound. The music is, however, rooted in the tradition of modern jazz. band plays mostly Kalle Kalima´s compositions. The band has released a debut album, "Helsinki on my mind", at ZYX Music in 2004. The second album "Chasing Yellow" came out out in september 2007 at Enja records. The newest album "Loru" came out in February 2010.
