Founded in 2014, JARRING is a jazz band whose members hail from Rovaniemi. The group performs music composed by saxophonist Jari Pulsa. Their music falls loosely somewhere between the categories of hard bop, soul jazz and Latin, but swing and cathiness are more important values than stylistic puritanism. 

JARRING has released three EPs with good reviews during 2018–2023.
