Jan Simons is a bass player, composer and producer in jazz and r'n'b.

Since 1999 he has performed with a wide variety of top musicians from around the globe, including Kenny Wheeler, Kenneth Crouch, Lill Lindfors and Swedish soul legend Svante Thuresson. Simons is based in Stockholm and still remains active performing around Finland.
