Esa Onttonen (b. 1975) has worked with music as a guitarist, a composer, an arranger, a pedagog and a producer. Besides his own bands Gnomus and Gourmet, he performs as a guitarist with i.a. Hepa Halme Prospekt. Onttonen's compositions have performed both Gourmet and many big bands, such as UMO Jazz Orchestra and the Big Band of Jyväskylä. Bigger big band arrangements Onttonen has written for saxophonist Jukka Perko and organist Jukka Gustavson.
