JAF Trio’s second album, The Urge to Survive under Eclipse Music, is a true testament of the power of Nordic collaboration.

JAF Trio is a cutting-edge Finnish-Danish band consisting of saxophonist Adele Sauros (FI), bassist Joonas Tuuri (FI), and drummer Frederik Emil Bülow (DK). Since their start, JAF Trio has been on the rise, captivating audiences with their enchanting live performances and winning awards, such as the prestigious We Jazz Rising Star award at the We Jazz Festival in 2017. The band’s debut album, JAF Trio, was released on We Jazz Records in 2020 and received widespread acclaim.

The album to be released now was recorded in the heart of Denmark’s vibrant music scene and promises to be a showcase of intriguing compositions, where each member brings their own creative voice to the ensemble.
