Biography

Nyt! (Now!) is the first album of Teemu Viinikainen Trio, led by the acclaimed guitarist. It is the second album for Viinikainen as a leader, and features his original compositions excluding one track.

"To me, this album has been a major step ahead and to the unknown. Working on it has helped me to mature as an artist, so it does play a big role in my career", says the leader. 

Nyt! is the fifth release in the series Prophone Finnish Jazz, lauched by Swedish label, Prophone Records.
